Tiair Champlin Math Specialist

Tiair Champlin is a certified educator with over 18 years of experience in public education, specializing in math instruction and academic intervention for students who face behavioral, emotional, or learning challenges. She has taught across grade levels—from elementary through high school—with a focus on middle and high school math. Known for her trauma-informed and encouraging approach, Tiair is passionate about helping students who may struggle in traditional classrooms rediscover their confidence and ability to succeed.  She is currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Technology to expand her expertise in advanced mathematics and its practical applications. Her commitment to student success and her real-world understanding of diverse learning needs make her a valuable asset to any learner.
